In April 2006, a bottle of Glenfiddich Rare Collection 1937 sold at auction in New York for $20,000.

The prized liquid hails from a single oak cask that slumbered in a dunnage warehouse at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown, Scotland for 64 years before it was bottled in 2001.
