LOS ANGELES (KNX) -- Lindsay Lohan faces seven misdemeanor DUI charges - but no felony charges - stemming from two separate driving dramas earlier this year. Lohan's arraignment is scheduled for tomorrow, but a meeting between Lohan's legal team and a Beverly Hills Superior Court judge could resolve the case today.
Lohan faces two charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts for driving above the legal blood alcohol level, and two counts for driving under the influence of cocaine. She also faces one reckless driving charge.
The 21-year-old actress smashed her Mercedes into a tree on Sunset Blvd. in Beverly Hills early in the morning on May 26th. When she turned herself into police, traces of cocaine were found in her purse. Lohan was stopped by police again on July 24th after she allegedly chased the mother of one of her assistants through the streets of Santa Monica. Lohan was found with cocaine after that incident as well.
