NEW YORK -- Fresh out of jail, and Lil' Kim already has a legal problem on her hands.
The rapper, whose real name is Kimberly Jones, is being accused of plagiarizing another singer's song.
The New York Post said Jamaican reggae singer Tanya Stephens has filed suit, claiming Kim's song "Durty" from her 2005 album "The Naked Truth," matches almost word-for-word Stephens' song "Mi and Mi God" -- released in 1997.
Stephens wants to lay claim to Kim's song and all royalties from it.Lil' Kim was released from prison in July after serving nine months for lying under oath about a gunfight she had witnessed.
